Alvinesa, in its organizational and management model, has set up an Ethics Channel with preventive effectiveness that enables the detection of acts or conduct that could be contrary to the general or sectoral regulations applicable to it in accordance with the Criminal Code, which imposes "the obligation to report possible risks and breaches to the body responsible for monitoring the operation and observance of the prevention model".

The Ethics Channel is available to all members of our company and/or third parties so that they can inform the organization of the existence of any procedural or organizational weakness that could lead to a criminal risk or the commission or omission of a criminal act.

Alvinesa guarantees confidentiality, anonymity and no retaliation of any kind against the person who has brought the facts to its attention. The data will be kept in the system only for THE TIME NECESSARY FOR THE INVESTIGATION OF THE FACTS REPORTED. IN any case, three months after the introduction of your personal, our organisation will proceed to delete them from the system. If their retention is necessary to continue the investigation, our organisation may continue to process the data in a different legally appropriate environment.

Complaints can be made through any of the following channels provided by the organisation:

2- Form for reporting evidence or suspicion of criminal conduct, which can be obtained in physical or digital format by requesting it at the organization's offices.
3- Through our Ethical Channel, which will provide you with anonymity in accordance with current legislation.

 
 

Ethical code

The purpose of our Ethical Code is to guarantee and promote the commitment of Alvinesa and all the people linked to it to comply with the ethical principles, regulations and laws in force applicable in all its areas of activity.

It has been designed to be fully effective and applicable at all levels of the organisation, from managers and professional members to third parties with whom it interacts.

In this way, it is intended that all professionals who form part of or have dealings with Alvinesa are fully aware of its Ethical Code and undertake compliance with it, as well as to report any conduct or suspicious indications that are contrary to good practice in relation to the entity.

Basic Principles

1st.- Any action or behaviour constituing workplace harassment, regardless of its typology, is strictly prohibited.

2nd.- Once proven, these behaviours will be considered very serious offenses.

3rd.- The confidentiality of the worker who has been a victim of such behaviour will be expressly protected.

4th.- All ALVINESA personnel, especially senior management, middle managers, and personnel with general decision-making authority, are responsible for ensuring a safe and dignified work environment.

5th.- This protocol establishes the means for both prevention and swift intervention in the event that the mentioned incidents occur, which should lead to the appropriate investigation, characterised at all times by the necessary rigor, effectiveness, and objectivity.

6th.- This protocol is framed within constitutional, labour, and other applicable regulations.
