ALVINESA IS LEADING THE FOOD4NEURON “NEW FOOD TO PREVENTIVE DISEASES WITH COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT” PROJECTS

The main goal of the project consists of developing the first food products with neuroprotector properties thanks to bioactive ingredients from natural sources, including vines. The potential of the selected compounds to protect mental health will be investigated in pre-clinical studies and technological processes will be developed to incorporate bioactive compounds in food matrices.
