A few years ago, we decided to take up the challenge of launching a certified organic grape range of products at an industrial scale. We do believe that this is quite unique in the world!

Why was it only possible in Alvinesa Natural Ingredients?
If you want to offer an organic range of product, you first need to have a specific access to a large quantity of organic raw material.
“La Mancha” is definitely the best place to do it!
In addition to be the major Wine region producer in the world, La Mancha is also the most important organic certified vineyard area.
The unique climate of the region, very dry in summer, naturally protect the vineyard from moistures and diseases and makes the use of pesticides unnecessary.
Having access to the raw material is a chance but is not sufficient. Then we need to source, collect, control, and process this raw material! All this work has been done during the past few years!
Once in Alvinesa, our certified quality management system ensures a perfect traceability and avoid any risk of contamination of the production from the raw material to the final product!
