ALVINESA WILL SPEAKING AT THE SUSTAINABLE FOODS SUMMIT, SAN FRANCISCO 25-26 JANUARY 2023

The Sustainable Foods Summit returns to San Francisco on 25-26th January 2023.

The 13th North American edition will feature regenerative agriculture, upcycled foods, and ingredient innovations. For the first time, the executive summit will discuss approaches to encourage regenerative practices and upcycling in the food industry.

How is regenerative agriculture gaining traction? What are the implementation, standardization, and scaling issues? What are the opportunities with upcycled foods? How can upcycling create novel ingredients? What are industry best-practices for setting up supply chains for such products? What are the marketing issues for sustainable foods? Such questions will be addressed in this edition.

Since 2009, the Sustainable Foods Summit has been covering major sustainability developments in the food industry. The aim of the Sustainable Foods Summit is to explore new horizons for eco-labels and sustainability in the food industry by discussing key industry issues.

Other editions of this international series are hosted in Latin America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific.

Clare Dodgshon, Alvinesa’s Global Commercial Director (Health & Nutrition) will talk about how Alvinesa are developing supply chains for upcycled ingredients.
