From July 13 to 16, 2025, Alvinesa participated in IFT FIRST – Annual Event and Expo, the world’s leading event dedicated to food science and innovation, held at McCormick Place, Chicago (USA).
The event brought together scientists, researchers, and industry leaders to promote a more safe, sustainable, and technologically advanced food system.
Alvinesa’s participation at IFT FIRST reaffirmed the company’s commitment to sustainable innovation and the development of upcycled natural ingredients derived from the circular economy of wine and olive industries.
Throughout the fair, our booth attracted numerous visits from potential customers and partners interested in our natural solutions, reflecting the growing global interest in functional and sustainable ingredients such as those offered by Alvinesa.
It was an excellent opportunity to share our vision and contribute to the global dialogue on the future of food and sustainability.
