Expo<\/strong>, the world\u2019s leading event dedicated to <strong data-start=\"290\" data-end=\"321\">food science and innovation<\/strong>, held at <strong data-start=\"331\" data-end=\"365\">McCormick Place, Chicago (USA)<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"531\">The event brought together <strong data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"446\">scientists, researchers, and industry leaders<\/strong> to promote a more <strong data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"516\">safe, sustainable, and technologically advanced<\/strong> food system.<\/p><p data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"758\">Alvinesa\u2019s participation at IFT FIRST reaffirmed the company\u2019s commitment to <strong data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"636\">sustainable innovation<\/strong> and the development of <strong data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"692\">upcycled natural ingredients<\/strong> derived from the circular economy of wine and olive industries.<\/p><p data-start=\"760\"
