Alvinesa<\/strong>, in its organizational and management model, has established an Ethical Channel with preventive effectiveness that enables the detection of acts or behaviors that could be contrary to the general or sectoral regulations applicable to it in accordance with the Penal Code, which imposes “the obligation to report possible risks and non-compliance to the body responsible for monitoring the operation and observance of the prevention model.”<\/p>

The Ethical Channel is available to all members of our organization and\/or third parties so that they can inform the organization about the existence of any procedural and organizational weakness that could result in a criminal risk or the commission or omission of a criminal act.<\/p>

Alvinesa guarantees confidentiality, anonymity, and the absence of reprisals of any kind towards the person who reported the facts. The data will be kept in the system only for the time necessary for the investigation of the reported facts.<\/p>
